Did you know that besides tasting good, chocolate can be good for you? We will be exploring the science of chocolate with the help of Dr. Bruce Martin and Stacy Radford-Vincent from WonderLab. Together we will find out exactly what flavonoids are and how they help our bodies. In our Zone Investigation, we will be exploring the lost art of hand-dipping chocolate candies. Be sure to bring your sweet tooth along!
