Meet a Family From South Korea

The Choi FamilyThe Chois are a musical family from Seoul, South Korea. When they visited The Friday Zone, they played traditional Korean music called Samulnori. This music was developed in Korea by farmers celebrating their crops and harvests.

The four daughters of the Choi family are known as the Min Sisters because all of their names begin with Min. They can all speak Korean and English.

The Chois told us that they enjoyed hiking in the hills of Korea, and when they moved to Indiana they had to get used to hiking flat land.

They also brought recipes for kimchi, a traditional Korean dish made with cabbage.
