Katie travels back to the 19th Century during her visit to Mumford New York’s Genesee Country Village and Museum where she meets historic fiction author Mary Jane Auch. Learn all about Remembrance Nye, the brave heroine in the novel Journey to Nowhere.

Hannah and Sadie meet Gwenyth Swain, an author who grew up in nearby Brown County. After meeting Mrs. Swain, you will want to get a copy of her book Chig and the Second Spread from your local library.
