On The Friday Zone…

Echo (l) and Catie (r) deliver a news report from The Friday Zone.Have you ever wondered what it would be like to make a news program? Friday Zone Challengers Matthew and Catie got a first-hand look at how it’s done. With the help of their Friday Zone Pro Chuck Carney, the former WTIU News Director, the two were sent out to report on a story that was important to them.

After being reporters, the kids, along with Echo, were also able to experience what it feels like to be news anchors. We even arranged The Friday Zone set to look like a news studio.

Also visiting this week is the University of Namibia Choir. They sing several songs in their native language as well as teach us a line from one of their songs. So grab a microphone and join us in The Friday Zone.
