Pita Pizza

You will need:

  • whole wheat pita bread
  • zucchini
  • tomato
  • mozzarella cheese
  • dried basil
  • dried oregano

Using scissors, cut a circle out of one half of a pita. Leave 1/2 an inch around the edge for the pizza crust.

Put your round pizza crust on a plate.

Layer your pizza toppings on the bottom crust. You can use anything you like, but The Friday Zone recommends zuchinni and tomatoes cut in medium thick slices.

Then, sprinkle dried basil and dried oregano over your toppings.

Add mozzarella cheese on the top.

Put your plate with pizza into the microwave for 2 minutes on high. Check the plate before you take it out to make sure it’s cool enough to hold. Then cut your pizza and enjoy while warm!!
