Deviled Eggs
Deviled Eggs have been made in America for over 200 years!
Ask an adult to help you make 5 hard boiled eggs.
Peel the eggs and rinse of all bits of shell.
Cut the egg longwise so that you have two ovals.
Remove the yolk (the yellow part) of the egg and put all 10 yolk halves in a bowl.
Set the leftover white cups of egg aside.
Add 1/4 cup mayonnaise and 1 tsp. mustard to that bowl.
Squash the yolks with a fork and mix the yolk, mayonnaise and mustard together until it’s creamy.
Carefully put the creamy filling into the hole in the leftover white part of the egg.
Then, sprinkle a little paprika (a red spice) over the top of the egg.
