Cinnamon Eggs & French Toast

Nicole Brewer’s Cinnamon Eggs

  1. Butter 2 slices of bread.
  2. Put two eggs in bowl and scramble.
  3. Put 1 tsp of cinnamon and sugar in the eggs.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into a pan and cook on low.
  5. Now it is time to eat.

French Toast

This recipe is per one slice of bread, so if you want to make more than one piece of toast, multiply these ingredients by the number of slices you want to make!

Mix together in a flat dish:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Soak a piece of bread in the mixture until it is soggy.

Put the soggy bread into a hot buttered frying pan. Cook until the bread is golden.

You can top with powdered sugar or syrup or fruit!
