Baked PB and J

You will need:

  • 1 package vanilla cake mix
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 12 oz. jar of strawberry jam
  • 1 10 oz. package of peanut butter chips

Mix the cake mix, butter, and eggs in a bowl. The mixture will be stiff, not runny.

Grease a 13” × 9” x 2” rectangular pan.

Spread the cake mixture in the bottom of the greased pan.

Spread the jam over the cake mixture, leaving a little space without jam around the edges.

Sprinkle the peanut butter chips over the jam.

Bake for 25 minutes at 375° degrees or until golden brown.

Cool, and then cut into bars.

Eat this special treat with a big glass of milk!
